The Correct Answer is D

The iliotibial band is a thick portion of fascia that extends from the iliac crest to the lateral tibial tubercle. In patients with iliotibial band syndrome, pain can be elicited 3 cm proximal to the lateral joint line over the lateral femoral condyle. In Osgood-Schlatter disease there is tenderness over the tibial tubercle. Bipartite patella is a normal anatomic variant. Symptoms are vague and poorly localized in osteochondritis dissecans, and physical findings may include swelling, restricted joint motion, or positive meniscal signs. Patellar tendinits causes tenderness over the patellar tendon.
