The Correct Answer is E
Vecuronium causes paralysis of skeletal muscles by binding competitively to cholinergic receptors on motor end-plate to antagonize action of acetylcholine, resulting in block of neuromuscular transmission. Thus unlike with succinylcholine it will not produce fasciculations.
Vecuronium does not act on the autonomic ganglia, doesn't cross the blood brain barrier and has no effect on the blood pressure.
In Asthma we have to avoid drugs associated with histamine release (morphine, d-tubocurarine, atracurium, mivacurium). (In well controlled asthmatics, morphine and atracurium in routine doses are low risk.).
