The Correct Answer is B

Weil Felix Test (for diagnosis of typhus and certain other rickettsial diseases): the blood serum of a patient with suspected rickettsial disease is tested against certain strains of Proteus vulgaris (OX-2, OX-19, OX-K).The agglutination reactions, based on antigens common to both organisms, determine the presence and type of rickettsial infection.

Sometimes, when the body reacts to an infection, antibodies are made that have nothing to do with the germ. These are called heterophil antibodies.

The Most common example of Heterophil agglutination is the Paul-Bunnel test for infectious mononucleosis.
