The correct answer is A

NEUROBLASTOMA.

It is the most common abdominal malignancy in childhood. It is of embryonic origin, arising from primitive sympathetic system cells derived from the neural crest. The malignant growth may develop wherever sympathetic tissue is found, but 75% of the tumors are abdominal, and 65% of these originate in the adrenal glands.

The incidence of neuroblastoma is approximately 1 in 10,000 children and is more common in boys than in girls. The tumor affects children younger than 8 years of age, and more than 50% occur in infants younger than 2 years of age.

Neuroblastoma was the most common tumor constituting 29.6% of all cases, followed by Wilms' tumor (25.1%). Others were non-Hodgkins lymphomas (15.5%), germ cell tumors and hepatoblastoma (9%) each, rhabdomyosarcoma (4.4%), hepatocellular carcinoma (1.4%) and miscellaneous (6%).
